This is really hard to quit, specially at some points of your life, where the depressive days and nights stucks inside ur head.

Smoking is bad.
Smoking waste ur lungs.
Smoking can even kill you faster than u think.

I'll stop smoking... eventually.

good image and a good message. I quit smoking all the time because of pictures and messages like this. It's not their fault though that i keep coming back...

agreed hard to quit at some point of your life, but when you don't stop treat it like "no it's not the time" that time will never came

so... the time is now! quit, just like that or even don't think about it, nothing happend from thinking in that case.
