Instructions:
Inside the ZIP you will find 3 text files, one for the "header" box, another one for the "Journal entry" and finally the "css box" code.
Just copy and paste, preview the journal and tweak it!
Looks great on Firefox and Internet Explorer, Safari browser might experience some small pixel issues though
